Forgot Your Administrator Username Password?

Posted by Owner Friday, November 13, 2009
So, you haven't used your computer in a while, and you totally forgot your main username's password. Good thing you can just log into the Administrator account and change your password there, but you happened to have forgotten that password too! If you think you've run out of options, you've come to the right place.
Today I watched a video on Youtube on how to reset your Administrator password when all else fails. This video helps to explain how you can reset your Administrator password on your computer, allowing you access to change any username password on your computer. In the video, Windows Vista was used, but I believe you can use Trinity Rescue Kit 3.3 with Windows XP too, although I'm no 100% sure about Windows 7.

Enjoy the video, and the obnoxious Tetris Techno remix song. ;)

You can check out the original video here.

You can get the Trinity Rescure Kit 3.3 from here.

You can burn the .iso file that you download with ImgBurn which you can download
here.

To enable Boot-To-CD/DVD options in BIOS, go here
here.

The version used in this video was 3.3 build 321.

This video was not created by myself, it was created by mossmatt on Youtube.
